We are looking for a structured, communicative, and discreet personality to support our management team in day-to-day operations, help shape internal workflows, and take on an important role in HR. With us, you are not “just an assistant,” but a central point of contact within the company: you keep information flowing, create clarity, support new employees as they join the team, and help us further develop our internal processes.

What will your job look like?
- Organizing, preparing, and following up on appointments, meetings, and business trips
- Coordinating and communicating between management, internal teams, and external contacts
- Supporting correspondence, internal communication, and administrative tasks
- Handling organizational HR topics as well as welcoming and supporting new employees during onboarding
- Supporting management with employment law-related matters
- Preparing and creating payroll accounting documents
- Analyzing data and contributing to the optimization of internal business processes
- Contributing to information security management
- Bringing in your own ideas to make workflows more efficient, modern, and transparent
What do we expect from you?
- Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar role, for example as an assistant, office manager, HR administrator, or team assistant
- A structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Quick comprehension skills and enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new topics
- Initial experience in payroll and salary administration as well as DATEV is desirable, but not mandatory
- Good German and English language skills
- Openness to modern ways of working, digital tools, and AI applications
