Play an active role in shaping our sales success - as Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d) at the Technologiepark Paderborn location!
In this key role, you will assume strategic responsibility for building and expanding sustainable customer relationships. You will identify new business potential, develop targeted sales strategies and conduct challenging negotiations at decision-maker level. With your in-depth understanding of the market, your strong communication skills and your entrepreneurial thinking, you will win customers for our portfolio in the long term.
What will your job look like?
- You identify and acquire new customers throughout the German market.
- You look after existing customers and continuously expand relationships.
- You monitor the market and develop new business areas.
- You understand the individual needs of your customers and present suitable solutions.
- You accompany the entire sales process - from the first contact to long-term customer loyalty.
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience in B2B sales - ideally in solution sales.
- You are at home in the IT consulting industry and know the challenges your customers face.
- You communicate confidently in German and English - both orally and in writing.
- You have a strong sales personality, work independently, persistently and are highly self-motivated.
- And: You value teamwork just as much as independent action.
