When is AI genuinely worth it for our company?

When there is a clearly named, recurring process that costs time or quality today, and when the necessary data exists in sufficient quality or can be obtained. We help answer those questions honestly, even when the answer turns out to be "not yet".

Does our data have to go into a US cloud for this?

No. For sensitive applications we use openly available models on your own infrastructure or in data centres in Germany under your control. Where a large cloud provider makes sense, we choose regions and contracts to match your compliance requirements.

How do you deal with made-up answers and errors?

Wherever mistakes would be expensive, we build in source citations, confidence thresholds and a human review step, and we keep the system anchored to your own documents. We also measure continuously what the models do: drift, quality, cost. So you are not flying blind.

What does a first use case in production cost?

A clearly defined first use case is in production within six to ten weeks and typically costs a low to mid five-figure sum. We give you a precise figure after the first conversation. We do not quote wishful prices.

What about the EU AI Act?

We assess every use case against the risk classes of the AI Act, document where data and models come from, and lay out audit trails so that you can prove what happened. Compliance is built in, not added afterwards.
